Speech Therapist (SLP)

ChildWise ABA is seeking a talented and compassionate Speech Therapist (SLP) to join our expanding team in Rocky River, Ohio. We are growing quickly and looking for a Speech Therapist (SLP) who is passionate about helping children improve communication skills and reach meaningful milestones.

Compensation: $50–$65 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Part-time or Full-time (flexible hours)

Location: Rocky River, Ohio

About The Role

As a Speech Therapist (SLP) at ChildWise ABA, you will:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to children with autism and developmental delays
• Complete evaluations, create treatment plans, and document according to state and insurance standards
• Collaborate closely with BCBAs, RBTs, families, and other clinicians
• Participate in team meetings to support coordinated care
• Offer parent training and communicate progress regularly

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Ohio Speech Therapist (SLP) license (or eligibility)
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred
• Pediatric or autism experience strongly preferred
