- Accurately collect and document behavioral data

- Support daily living skills (ADLs) and promote independence
- Safely manage and respond to challenging behaviors
- Hourly pay: $18–$23 (based on experience and certification)
- Full-time: up to 40 hours per week
- Flexible schedule between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- We will help obtain the certifcation
- We will pay certification
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience working with children, preferably with autism
- Strong behavioral management and communication skills
