Position: Part-Time Administrative & Facilities Management Coordinator

We're ready to begin training for this position as early as:August 3rd, 2026
Hours: Monday – Friday, 4:00 PM - 7:00PM
Location: Burleson, TX
Work Setting: In-Office Only
What You’ll Do
Manage front desk operations from 4:00PM - 6:00PM
- Welcome families into our clinic with warmth and professionalism
- Schedule appointments and quickly attend to necessary adjustments
- Ensure clear communication between families, other medical offices, & our team
- Maintain organized documentation within our EMR system (Ocean Friends)
- Collaborate on various admin team projects using Google suite products
Manage cleanliness of our clinic from 6:00PM - 7:00PM
- Ensure all office areas adhere to safety and sanitation standards
- Vacuum, mop, wipe, and dust floors / surfaces
- Empty office trashcans and place them into the large outdoor dumpsters
- Occasionally assist with inventory counts, restocking items, and other assigned projects
Requirements

- Demonstrate strong customer service skills and professional judgement
- Have excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Be detail-oriented and take pride in maintaining a clean work environment

- Love interacting with children of all ages & abilities
- **Previous front desk / scheduling / medical office experience is preferred
The final pay rate for this position will be determined based on previous experience and fulfillment of the required specifications.
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
