What are the responsibilities and job description for the Occupational Therapist (Pediatrics) position at Children's Therapy Solutions?
Your paycheck shouldn’t shrink every time a family cancels.
Join a therapist-owned pediatric clinic where your time, experience, and contributions are valued—not just the visits that show up.
Children’s Therapy Solutions is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our pediatric therapy team in Burleson. Full-time and part-time positions are available.
What Makes CTS Different
Many therapy companies only pay clinicians for completed visits. At CTS, we offer compensation structures that recognize the full scope of a therapist’s work.
Full-Time — Guaranteed Hourly Pay
Full-time therapists are paid a guaranteed hourly rate for their complete 40-hour workweek. This includes treatment, evaluations, documentation, meetings, collaboration, family communication, and other scheduled responsibilities.
Your paycheck does not decrease every time a family cancels.
Full-time guaranteed-hourly team members may also be eligible for:
- Four-day workweek option
- Bonus opportunities
- Opportunities to increase earnings through specialized skills, clinical contributions, program development, and expanded responsibilities
Part-Time Compensation Options
Part-time therapists may choose from the following compensation options:
- Guaranteed Hourly Pay: A set hourly rate for all scheduled work hours, including treatment, documentation, meetings, and other assigned responsibilities
- Per-Visit Plus Administrative Pay: A set rate for completed visits, plus a separate hourly rate for approved documentation, meetings, and administrative responsibilities
- Straight Per-Visit Pay: A set rate for each completed visit, with the highest earning potential for therapists who maintain a full caseload
Continuing education support is available to all team members.
