Shift: This is a temporary PRN (as needed) role that works from November through the end of January, working Monday through Friday from 8:30a- 5:00pm with some evening and weekend shifts. (This role is eligible for shift differential pay).

Summary:
This job is responsible for all donations and materials management as instructed by supervisor. Accepts and processes donations from customers. Maintains clean and clutter-free workspace to include Child Life storage rooms. Also requires the operation of large flatbeds and carts. Makes deliveries on and off campus whether it be to Children's locations or other locations in the DFW area.
- Receives incoming materials, supplies and donations delivered to Children's Health. Implements proper packing and storage of items and discarding of items as needed.
- Maintains infection control, compliance and safety of all materials in the Child Life storage areas.
- Greets customers and thanks customers for donated items. Escalates safety issues, customer complaints, or other identified concerns to supervisor. Facilitates the completion of the donor form.
- Communicates and collaborates with Foundation and Concierge regularly about incoming donations (variable by market/location).
- Assists with holiday-related special events (variable by market/location).
- Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.
