We’re looking for a warm, organized, and dependable Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our children, families, and community.

We are seeking a warm, organized, and service-driven Front Office Receptionist to serve as the heart of our main center and a key member of our ERSEA Team (Eligibility, Recruitment, Selection, Enrollment & Attendance).
This is more than a front desk role—this is a first impression position that shapes the experience of every child, parent, and community partner who walks through our doors.
Key Responsibilities
Front Office & Family Engagement
* Greet parents, children, staff, and visitors with warmth, professionalism, and care
* Serve as the first point of contact for all incoming calls and inquiries
* Create a welcoming, organized, and child-friendly front office environment
* Support families with general information and direct them to appropriate staff
ERSEA Team Support
* Assist with enrollment, recruitment, and attendance tracking activities
* Maintain organized records and support data entry as needed
* Provide clerical support to ensure compliance with Head Start standards
Administrative Support
* Assist leadership team with daily administrative tasks
* Make copies, prepare materials, and support office organization
* Maintain confidentiality of sensitive family and program information
Agency Culture & Events
* Capture photos during agency events, activities, and special moments
* Support engagement efforts that highlight our programs and families
* Contribute to a positive, team-centered, and service-driven work environment

Qualifications
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
* Experience in customer service, office administration, or receptionist role preferred
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Comfortable with basic computer systems and data entry
