s needed.- Insurance Verification: Verify patient insurance coverage, including eligibility, benefits, and pre-authorizations. Assist patients with understanding their insurance policies and coverage limitations. Collaborate with insurance providers to resolve any billing or coverage issues.
- Patient Support: Offer compassionate assistance to patients who may be experiencing anxiety or stress related to their cardiac health. Direct patients to waiting areas and provide any necessary comfort measures while they wait for their appointments. Maintain confidentiality and privacy in all patient interactions.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, such as filing patient records, updating electronic medical records, and managing office supplies inventory. Ensure that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with medical staff, including physicians, nurses, and technicians, to coordinate patient care and address any patient-related concerns or requests. Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure the efficient flow of patients through the clinic.Quality A

Qualifications:

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with patients, families, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
