Qualifications
- Experience in team leadership or shift supervision in restaurants, retail, or customer service environments, with the ability to mentor and support team members.
- Strong customer service and communication skills, including the ability to handle guest interactions professionally and resolve issues promptly.
- Basic knowledge of food safety, cleanliness standards, and restaurant operations; prior quick-service experience is preferred.
- Organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize during busy periods, and support efficient shift execution.
- Ability to work full-time, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by restaurant operations.
- Comfort with using point-of-sale systems and following cash-handling, order-taking, and reporting procedures.
