The Chick-fil-A Ascent Leadership Program is a leadership & management program designed for recent graduates who are interested in a career in Operations, Training, Team Management, Leadership, Entrepreneurship, or are unsure of their future career path.
Program candidates will serve as a manager/director in the leadership organization of an independently owned and operated Chick-fil-A franchise, with annual sales of between $7 and $11 Million, with 80-120 employees.
The Program runs 2.5 years and can be extended depending on the short- and long-term goals of each candidate and also allows for possibility of serving on Field Training Staff with Chick-fil-A Inc.
Program Requirements
· 1-2 years of work experience in hospitality/retail/operations preferred but not required.
