Chick-fil-A is seeking dependable, high-energy Team Members to join our team at our Airway & Edgemere and Cielo Vista Mall locations.

We are hiring for Front of House (FOH), Back of House (BOH), and Stock Specialist positions. This is more than just a job. What You'll Do

Front of House (FOH)

Front of House Team Members create a welcoming and memorable experience for every guest. They greet guests with genuine hospitality, take orders accurately, process transactions, serve food, and maintain a clean and inviting dining area. They work efficiently while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring every interaction reflects Chick-fil-A's commitment to excellence.

Back of House (BOH)

Back of House Team Members prepare, cook, assemble, and package food according to Chick-fil-A's quality and food safety standards. They operate kitchen stations such as breading, fries, food prep, and assembly while maintaining cleanliness and efficiency throughout the kitchen. BOH Team Members also assist with stocking, opening and closing duties, and work together to ensure guests receive fresh, high-quality food.

Stock Specialist

Stock Specialists play a key role in keeping restaurant operations running smoothly by receiving, organizing, and maintaining inventory. They ensure products are properly stocked, rotated, and stored according to food safety standards while monitoring inventory levels and communicating supply needs. Stock Specialists also maintain clean and organized storage areas and support both Front and Back of House teams by ensuring essential products and supplies are always available.

Requirements

• Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Stock Specialists must be available to work the 4:00 AM – 2:00 PM shift.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and regularly lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Dependable, team-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive work environment and overall team success.
