Compliance topics include Anti-Bribery and Corruption (US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (and various local equivalent legislations), Conflicts of Interest, Business Conduct and Ethics), as well as U.S. Antiboycott, International Trade and Antitrust/Competition Law reporting.

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
- Provides leadership and guidance to a team of compliance analysts within Eurasia to ensure that Chevron’s Corporate policies and procedures are deployed and sustained in a complete and effective manner across the Region.
- Provides work direction, builds organizational capability and subject matter awareness amongst compliance professionals and stakeholders alike through delivery of compliance training and adhoc guidance and advice. Actively sought as a Subject Matter Expert to advise functional stakeholders to ensure business processes meet Compliance policy and procedural expectations.
- Provides timely, well considered and accurate guidance to business stockholders in the application of compliance requirements to real-time business transactions and activities.
- Manages relationships and effective interactions with business stakeholders and leadership teams, assists with the coordination of Compliance Committees, Risk Assessments, and Representation Letters.
- Facilitates the resolution of matters associated with Business Conduct and Ethics Code, Investigations and other matters of sensitivity.
- Supports Regional Compliance Manager in assessing and analyzing the Business’ compliance environment, identifying issues, making recommendations on corrective actions and ensuring those actions are implemented on a timely basis.
- Undergraduate Degree in Accountancy, Business, or Law
- Post graduate professional designation (eg; CPA, Chartered Accountant, MBA)
- 5 years’ experience in a similar capacity or in a professional services audit or consultancy environment (ie; Big 4).
