Duties

- Process transactions accurately using the POS system, including cash handling and credit card processing.
- Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits.
- Upsell products by identifying customer needs and recommending additional items.
- Maintain an organized sales floor by stocking shelves and ensuring products are displayed attractively.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
- Strong cash handling skills with basic math proficiency.
- Ability to sell effectively and engage customers in conversation about products.
- Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
- Experience with product demos is advantageous but not required.
