Our expo specialist is responsible for ensuring that all food orders are prepared within a timely manner and according to the request.

We are looking for detail-oriented, outgoing, and high-energy individuals to join our team as part-time and full-time expo specialist.
Your Job:
- Ensure every plate the kitchen serves matches the ticket and is properly dressed and garnished.
- Coordinate with the servers to make sure our guests get the correct orders in proper time.
- Assist with food preparation, plating, and presentation to ensure quality standards are met
- Support the setup and breakdown of expo stations, ensuring cleanliness and organization
- Handle food safely by following proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Support kitchen staff with basic cooking tasks when necessary, adhering to safety guidelines
- Communicate any issues to the managers
- Able to work in standing position for long periods.
- SafeServe experience a benefit, will have to take test.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable
- Familiarity with food preparation, serving, or banquet operations enhances your ability to succeed in this role
- Experience in hotel or hospitality settings provides valuable insight into guest interactions
- Strong communication skills are essential for collaborating effectively with team members and guests
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling techniques is preferred
- Prior bussing or kitchen support experience demonstrates versatility and readiness for fast-paced work environments
- Enthusiasm for culinary arts or hospitality careers is a plus for growth within our team
