Duties
- Skillfully shuck oysters, clams, and other shellfish with precision and speed to meet customer demand
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of shucking stations to ensure a safe working environment
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as slicing, portioning, and garnishing to support overall kitchen operations
- Provide friendly and efficient service to guests, answering questions about shellfish varieties and serving recommendations
- Follow all food safety protocols and handling procedures to ensure product freshness and hygiene standards are upheld
- Support team members during busy periods by helping with food service and catering tasks as needed
- Contribute to menu planning ideas based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
Requirements
