What You’ll Be Doing:
- Shucking oysters efficiently and safely for restaurant service
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace
- Following proper food safety and handling procedures
- Assisting with prep and keeping the station stocked
- Working as part of a team in a busy, fun environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of one year of oyster shucking or similar seafood preparation experience in a restaurant or food industry setting
- Strong knife skills and familiarity with seafood handling techniques
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation practices
- Experience in menu planning, food preparation, and cooking within a culinary environment
- Background in food service, catering, or kitchen operations preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for seafood, culinary arts, and delivering exceptional guest serviceMinimum 1 year oyster shucking experience
- Ability to multitask and stay focused under pressure
- Strong work ethic and attention to cleanliness
