- Performing physical examinations and medical history assessments
- Building rapport with donors to ensure satisfaction
- Providing donor education and counseling on health and test results
- Managing donor injuries and adverse events
- Evaluating illness or medication history for ongoing eligibility
- Assisting in employee training and administering hepatitis vaccinations
- Licensed or certified as EMT-Basic, EMT-Advanced, or Paramedic per state requirements
- Current CPR certification
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Excellent communication, observation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to variable demands
- Comfort with exposure to biological fluids and cold environments with appropriate PPE
