- Conducting donor health assessments and medical history evaluations
- Building rapport and ensuring donor satisfaction
- Managing donor safety, hazards, and adverse events
- Providing health counseling and managing injury responses
- Assisting in employee training and administering hepatitis vaccines
- Licensed/certified as EMT-Basic, EMT-Advanced, or Paramedic in the relevant state
- Current CPR certification
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Physical ability to stand, sit, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Good vision, hearing, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and handle variable tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of biological safety protocols and PPE use
