What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Manager position at Cherry Bekaert?
Production Manager - Manufacturing
Greater Allentown Area, PA
Lead the Floor. Drive Results. Build Something Better.
We're looking for a hands-on, results-driven Production Manager to take ownership of our manufacturing operations in the greater Allentown area. This is not a desk role-this is an opportunity for someone who thrives on the plant floor, understands the details of equipment and process flow, and knows how to turn teams into high-performing units.
If you know when to roll up your sleeves and fix the problem-and when to bring in the right expertise-you'll fit right in.
What You'll Do
What You Bring
This is an opportunity to make a visible, measurable impact on operations within a company that truly values practical leadership and continuous improvement. You'll step into a role with real ownership and autonomy, supported by strong cross-functional collaboration where your voice is heard and respected. In return, we offer a competitive compensation and benefits package.
This role is ideal for someone who naturally identifies problems and immediately begins thinking through solutions, balances strategy with hands-on execution, and takes genuine pride in developing people as much as improving processes. You understand that sustainable efficiency comes from aligning both systems and talent-and you know how to drive both.
If you're ready to take ownership of a plant, build strong teams, and elevate performance-we want to hear from you.
