- Process biweekly payroll for approximately 100 employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Support and troubleshoot payroll setup and configuration issues within ADP Workforce Now
- Manage payroll for hourly and salaried employees, including overtime, deductions, and adjustments
- Review, audit, and reconcile payroll reports prior to submission
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Partner with HR and Finance on payroll-related inquiries, corrections, and reporting
- Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation
- Assist with year-end payroll activities, including W-2 processing and audits (as applicable)
- Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role
- Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now (required)
- Experience processing payroll for both hourly and salaried employees
- Strong understanding of payroll laws, wage and hour compliance, and best practices
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage payroll setup challenges and process improvements independently
