The Construction Scoping & Inspection Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing all activities associated with property inspections, scope development, construction scheduling, cost estimating, and final inspection processes. This role ensures high-quality deliverables, effective staff oversight, and compliance with contractual, technical, and safety standards across all assigned sites.**Compensation & Benefits:**Estimated Starting Salary Range for **Construction Scoping & Inspection Manager**: Pay commensurate with experience.Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.**Construction Scoping & Inspection Manager Responsibilities Include:**-
Oversee staff responsible for conducting initial property inspections and ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all inspection activities.-
Manage the preparation of inspection reports, scopes of work (SOW), construction schedules, and related documentation.-
Lead the development and review of construction cost estimates, cost analyses, and price evaluations to ensure fair and reasonable pricing.-
Ensure all inspection and scoping deliverables meet contractual, technical, safety, and quality standards.-
Conduct or supervise final inspections of completed construction work to verify adherence to SOWs, codes, specifications, and client requirements.-
Provide technical guidance to inspection and scoping personnel, ensuring consistent application of processes and best practices.-
Coordinate with contractors, clients, and internal teams to address inspection findings, clarify scope details, and resolve construction-related issues.-
Monitor project progress, risks, and deviations, implementing corrective actions as necessary.-
Prepare and deliver status reports, inspection summaries, and related documentation to leadership and client stakeholders.-
Maintain organized records of all inspections, analyses, and construction oversight activities.-
Performs other job-related duties as assigned**Construction Scoping & Inspection Manager Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:**-
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent experience).-
Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction inspection, scoping, cost estimating, or construction project management.-
Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, inspection processes, and industry best practices.-
Experience developing and reviewing scopes of work, cost estimates, and construction schedules.-
Proven ability to lead teams and oversee complex construction inspection workflows.-
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.-
Proficiency with construction management software, estimating tools, and inspection reporting systems.-
Certifications such as ICC, PMI, or equivalent are preferred.-
