Job Title: Temporary Administrative Assistant
Here’s how you’ll make an impact
- Perform data entry, documentation cleanup, and quality control checks across multiple systems and departments.
- Assist with operations tasks such as document preparation, account updates, record maintenance, and verification activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to gather information and support project requirements.
- Assist with creating project plans, preparing materials, and helping implement facility-related tasks.
- Provide general administrative and operational support, including daily tasks, scanning, mail processing, and workflow maintenance.
- Provide general support for basic financial and operational tasks, including processing documents, assisting with reconciliations, and helping prepare routine reports.
- Conduct research, assist with presentations, and support various department projects in progress.
- Help with client-facing support tasks such as preparing meeting materials, updating records, and assisting with basic customer inquiries.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent; no experience required
Required Skills
- Moderate reading, writing and grammar skills
- Proficient analytical and mathematics skills
- Proficient interpersonal relations and communication skills
- Ability to operate various office machines
- Basic computer skills
Physical Requirements
- Proficient eye-hand coordination
- Ability to bend, stoop, sit, stand and reach
- Visual and auditory skills
Salary: $17.00 hourly
Compensation offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education and, where applicable, licenses or certifications obtained.
