- Location: Salt Lake City, UT (Remote with local travel required to Elko, NV and Reno, NV)

- Role Type: 90-Day Founding Sales Program (1099 Contractor) transitioning to Full-Time
- Salary & Compensation:
- Days 1-90: Base $0/1099 Commission Only.
- 25% of the first invoice for closed deals.
- 10% trailing commission on months 2–6 for recurring engagements.
- Year 1 (On-Track): $120,000 – $200,000 for strong performers.
- Post-90 Days Options:
- Track A (Base Commission): $3,000/month base 10% first invoice 5% trailing.
- Track B (Pure Commission): 25% first invoice 5% trailing.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Build a book of business across SMB owners, founders, and operators in the Salt Lake City and Reno metro areas.
- Conduct outbound campaigns (LinkedIn, cold email, calls, networking, direct site visits) to generate meetings.
- Lead discovery calls with CEOs and founders to qualify and close deals ($3K–$30K/month).
- Attend industry events (e.g., Elko Mining Expo) to target specific sectors (mining, industrial, logistics).
- Learn and sell AI consulting solutions, from simple automations to complex multi-agent blueprints.
- Requirements:
- Hungry, ambitious self-starters willing to bet on themselves.
- Tech-fluent (comfortable with AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude).
- Excellent communication and articulation skills.
- Coachable and resilient against rejection.
- Interest in B2B tech sales and willingness to learn about local industries (e.g., mining, construction, manufacturing).
- Graduation Criteria: To convert to full-time, candidates typically need to close 3 deals or generate $50,000 ARR within 90 days.
