Role Summary

Lead and manage our in-house data labeling team to ensure the highest quality training data for our models. Collaborate with ML and engineering teams to refine labeling guidelines and maintain accuracy standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and manage the in-house data labeling team
• Define, execute, and improve data annotation processes with high attention to detail
• Ensure high-quality data outputs meeting rigorous accuracy and consistency standards
• Work closely with ML engineers to understand data requirements and edge cases
• Manage team schedules, specifically coordinating nighttime hours Pacific Time (PT)
  
  

Requirements

• Very high attention to detail
• 3 years of experience working in Python and managing basic data labeling apps
• Ability to work nighttime hours PT
• High bar for quality and precision
• 3 years of experience in data labeling, operations, or team management
• Strong problem-solving and first-principles thinking
• Experience in fast-changing, high-growth environments
• Collaborative across technical and non-technical teams
• Full ownership from strategy through execution
