About The Role
LifeMD is seeking a Learning Systems & Training Manager responsible for designing, developing, and improving training materials and learning experiences. This role combines instructional design, people leadership, and AI knowledge management to ensure effective, scalable, and engaging employee training. The position will oversee the new hire training team, develop training content, and manage internal AI models for employee learning and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain training materials for new hires and existing staff.
- Create learning content in various formats (eLearning, SOPs, guides, presentations, job aids, quizzes, videos).
- Translate operational workflows and policies into clear training materials.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop scalable solutions.
- Apply adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.
- Revise training content based on feedback and performance outcomes.
- Train, maintain, and optimize internal AI models for employee support.
- Structure and manage AI training content for accuracy and operational alignment.
- Develop and maintain AI governance processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve employee efficiency through AI tools.
- Monitor AI model performance and refine as needed.
- Collaborate with departments to ensure AI tools meet business needs.
- Lead and oversee the new hire training team.
- Ensure a consistent and engaging onboarding experience.
- Develop trainer tools and resources.
- Coach trainers on instructional delivery and facilitation.
- Evaluate training team performance and recommend improvements.
- Manage training schedules and launch support.
- Build systems for organizing training documentation.
- Track and report on training effectiveness.
- Conduct training needs analyses.
- Recommend and implement improvements to learning systems.
- Support change management efforts with training plans.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience).
- 4–7 years of experience in instructional design, training, or L&D.
- 1–3 years of experience leading training teams.
- Experience developing training materials for adult learners in a business/healthcare setting.
- Experience managing complex documentation or knowledge content.
- Strong writing, editing, and content organization skills.
- Ability to simplify complex workflows into clear training.
- Strong project management and collaboration skills.
- Experience with LMS platforms, authoring tools, or digital learning software.
- Experience managing or optimizing AI models, knowledge bases, or internal search tools.
- Experience in healthcare operations, pharmacy, or telehealth.
- Familiarity with change management, process improvement, and training analytics.
- Experience building onboarding or certification programs.
