- Structured Data Annotation & Categorization: Annotate and categorize text, images, and other data according to detailed guidelines.
- Information Synthesis & Quality Review: Synthesize information from large volumes of data into structured formats and flag inconsistencies.
- AI Training Support: Contribute to the improvement of AI systems through careful, consistent annotation work.
- Ability to synthesize complex or high-volume information into structured formats.
- Strong critical reasoning, reading comprehension, and written communication skills.
- Prior experience applying rubrics, taxonomies, or standardized guidelines.
- College degree.
- Experience with data annotation projects.
- Comfort operating within structured quality expectations and repetitive review environments.
- Strong attention to detail and consistency.
- Ability to work independently.
- Experience working across text, image, or multi-format annotation workflows.
