- Lead, coach, and develop department leaders
- Foster a positive, accountable culture
- Oversee staffing stability and retention
- Manage business office and administrative operations
- Ensure compliance with state and federal assisted living regulations
- Maintain high quality of care and resident satisfaction
- Partner with clinical leadership on service delivery and outcomes
- Manage revenue, expenses, and budget adherence
- Achieve and maintain occupancy goals
- Drive NOI and operational efficiency
- Support and drive census growth
- Partner with sales leadership on tours and closing
- Build referral relationships within the local market
- Represent the community in the surrounding area
- $100,000 to $115,000 bonus potential
