We are looking to hire an executive assistant for the leadership team at a leading Northeast Ohio psychiatric clinic. Someone with energy and enthusiasm will make a great fit for this position. The job duties are as follows:
- Organizes the schedule of the CEO.
- Reviews and prioritizes incoming information continuously throughout the day.
- Alerts CEO to priority items, and facilitates completion of related tasks.
- Accesses information from a variety of sources as needed.
- Represents the CEO appropriately and greets visitors and patients and directs them appropriately.
- Answer phones professionally, schedules appointments and take messages in a courteous and efficient fashion.
- Reviews, prioritizes and responds, as appropriately, to emails and other electronic communications.
- Creates and prints fax cover sheets, memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents when necessary.
- Maintains fax machines, assists users, sends faxes, and retrieves and routes incoming faxes in a timely fashion.
- Receives, sorts, and routes mail and packages and maintains and routes publications in a timely fashion.
- Arranging food for CEO, and scheduling and confirming site lunches.
- Coordinating travel itineraries and trip arrangements.
- Coordinating Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant student program.
- Completing supply orders.
- Performs other clerical duties as needed, such as filing, photocopying, and collating.
- Perform all other assigned duties for the position as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
