About the Role:
We are seeking Social Workers (all levels) to join our Human Services team in Edgecombe County and Rocky Mount, NC. Social Workers provide essential support to individuals and families in need, connecting them with resources, conducting assessments, and ensuring overall well-being. Positions are available at entry, intermediate, and supervisory levels.
Responsibilities
- Conduct intake assessments, evaluate client needs, and develop care/service plans.
- Provide case management services for individuals and families.
- Collaborate with community partners, healthcare providers, and state agencies.
- Maintain accurate and timely case documentation in compliance with regulations.
- Advocate for clients, ensuring they have access to resources and services.
- Provide crisis intervention and ongoing support as needed.
- For supervisory roles: oversee junior staff and manage program delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work (BSW) required; Master’s degree (MSW) preferred.
- NC Social Work licensure or eligibility required.
- Previous experience in social services, child welfare, or mental health strongly preferred.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
