Your Impact
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Solution Architect to play a pivotal role in designing and guiding the development of our core platforms. You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring our systems are scalable, resilient, and maintainable. This is a hands-on architectural role where you'll influence our technology roadmap and mentor development teams.
What You’ll Do
- Define the overall architecture for new and existing software systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical best practices.
- Evaluate and recommend technology stack choices, architectural patterns (e.g., Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture), and development frameworks.
- Create architectural documentation and diagrams to communicate complex designs clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, guiding them through design decisions and complex implementations.
- Collaborate with product managers and other architects to translate business needs into robust, secure, and performant technical solutions.
- Create Proof of Concept and Example projects to demonstrate new technologies to the engineering team.
Required Qualifications
We're looking for a seasoned architect with a minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in software engineering, including several years in an architectural capacity.
- Deep expertise in one of the following server-side languages/platforms: Java (required) or .NET (C#).
- Proven experience with modern web application frameworks, specifically with Spring MVC, PHP, or JSP/Servlets.
- Demonstrable experience building modern Single-Page Applications (SPAs) using contemporary frontend libraries/frameworks such as React or VUE (Vue.js).
- Extensive experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Strong understanding of database technologies, both relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Familiarity with security best practices (OWASP Top 10) and performance testing tools.

Salary Range
The expected salary range for this position is $155,000 to $180,000 annually. This is a good faith estimate, and final compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and geographic location.
