Location: Cleveland (Onsite – 4 days in office)

Your Impact
CHAMP is seeking a detail oriented, client-focused IT Operations Project Manager to join our team. You will be an essential collaborative team member who will own, coordinate and drive multiple project initiatives in our Support organization. You will craft and execute project plans to proactively address production system issues and facilitate solutions for end user needs. This is a highly interactive role requiring the skills of a team player who can dig into the details of business requirements and handle challenges across a wide range of applications. You will need to be able to switch contexts based on technical initiative requirements and exercise a high level of time management. Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple, parallel operational support projects (scope, priorities, scope, timelines, resources and expectations) from requirements through deployment using formal IT project management methodologies
- Maintains IT project controls that accurately reflect completed work against project plans, schedules and budgets, and ensure user/management involvement at appropriate milestones
- Executive reporting and meeting coordination
- Own Project, Metric, KPI, and SLA Tracking & Reporting
- Track short-term project metrics (for example, schedule variances and customer satisfaction).
- Provide management with regular communication on the progress of projects and other initiatives
- Provide oversight and control of any external resources contracted to the project
- Promote effective teamwork and manages the resolution of interpersonal issues
- Facilitate planning and execution of external vendor certification testing
- Continually identify, prioritize and mitigate project risks
- Contribute to organization focus and growth planning (recruitment, client support)
Requirements Qualifications
- 4 years experience as a project manager from a Software Company
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, engineering, client support, product teams
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast paced, collaborative environment (In-person, Slack, MS Teams)
- Ability to follow complex design and development standards
- Flexible approach, able to operate effectively with uncertainty and change
- Results-oriented with high work ethic; driven, self-motivated, and enthusiastic with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships and solve problems

- Strong written and presentation skills (MS Office products)
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Identify project requirements to the necessary level for planning and scheduling purposes; estimate project LOEs from functional requirements
- Ability to make a project risk assessment, execute monitoring and mitigation planning
- Demonstrated success establishing, managing and maintaining effective working relationships at engineering and management levels, both internal and external to the organization

Salary Range
The expected salary range for this position is $100,000 to $125,000 annually. This is a good faith estimate, and final compensation may vary based on experience and skills.
