What You'll Do
- Design and stand-up foundational TD/OD frameworks from the ground up — including onboarding, career pathing, frontline capability building, and performance enablement.
- Develop and deliver learning programs tailored to a multi-site, fast-scaling retail/F&B environment, spanning leadership development, functional skills, and store operations.
- Partner closely with business leaders and HR to identify capability gaps, organizational needs, and succession risks — then build practical solutions to address them.
- Lead organization design efforts as the business scales, including role clarity, team structure, and spans of accountability.
- Drive change management and communication strategies that support rapid growth, new market entry, and cultural alignment across a geographically distributed team.
- Build and manage lean but effective development resources — balancing in-house solutions with smart external partnerships and learning technologies.
- Establish simple, meaningful metrics to track program effectiveness and report impact to leadership.
- Collaborate with global OD/TD counterparts to localize group-wide frameworks for the North America market.
- 7–10 years of experience in talent development, organizational development, or L&D — with meaningful time spent in early-stage, start-up, or high-growth environments in the US market.
- A proven builder: demonstrated success creating programs and infrastructure from scratch, not just managing inherited systems.
- Highly self-managed and comfortable operating without a large team or established playbook.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to prioritize pragmatically and move quickly without sacrificing quality.
- Solid grounding in adult learning principles, leadership development, and org design — applied practically, not just theoretically.
- Excellent communicator and collaborator across all levels, from frontline operators to senior leadership.
- Experience in retail, hospitality, Tech Start-up or F&B strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., Prosci, CPLP, Hogan, Korn Ferry) are a plus but not required.
- Hybrid work schedule for a balanced life
- 401K with company match to secure your future
- Yearly bonus opportunity
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
- On-site fitness center and wellness programs
- Exclusive discounts at our tea locations, theme parks, and gyms
- Generous paid time off starting at 15 days, plus 7 federal holidays
- Opportunities for continuous education and scholarships
- Income protection including Disability, Life, and AD&D insurance
- Bereavement leave for those difficult times
