What You'll Do
• Work with project teams to develop design concepts and produce design documents.
• Generate layouts, sketches, working drawings, schedules, and details using software like Auto CAD, Revit and SketchUp.
• Conduct research on building codes, zoning ordinances, and design guidelines.
• Coordinate with external consultants and vendors to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
• Prepare and organize construction documents and other project information.
• Assist with construction administration tasks, such as reviewing shop drawings and submittals.
• Help prepare presentation materials, including 3D models and sample boards.
• Participate in client meetings and site visits.
• Revise and modify existing documents based on feedback
What We Are Looking For
• 2–4 years of experience in an architectural office or related environment.
• Degree in architecture or a related field.
• Proficiency in architectural design software, such as Revit and SketchUp.
• Knowledge of architectural principles, detailing, and construction standards.
• Familiarity with building codes (e.g., CBC and ADA) and entitlement processes.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• A collaborative and positive attitude for working with a team.
• Multi-tasking and prioritizing skills needed to manage projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Diligent and firm with high ethical standards.
• Ability to travel 5%
