The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $31,700.00 $52,300.00.

Your future duties and responsibilities
How you'll make an impact
- Maintain real time tracking of candidate pipeline (status, stage, ownership)
- Monitor candidate progression across screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Support interview scheduling and coordination across stakeholders
- Track SLAs (resume review, interview feedback, disposition timelines)
- Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and status updates
- Monitor shared inboxes, queues, and intake channels
- Follow up on outstanding actions to ensure timely execution
- Support onboarding coordination (background checks, system access, equipment readiness)
- Ensure data accuracy across systems (ATS, trackers, reporting tools)
What you'll bring
- Minimum of a High school diploma or equivalent
- 2–5 years of experience in operations, coordination, or analyst roles
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong organizational and follow up skills
- Ability to operate in structured, process driven environments
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) systems, tracking tools, and reporting
- Experience supporting HR, recruiting, or workflow based processes
