About The Technical Accounting Manager Role
- Internal and external reporting, including filing 10-Ks and 10-Qs
- Researching technical accounting issues
- XBRL reporting
- Accounting for equity transactions and EPS calculations
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting with ideally 5 years of experience, including SEC reporting
- Experience with equity accounting and EPS calculations
- CPA preferred, but not required
- Strong understanding of GAAP, FASB, and XBRL
- Hybrid work schedule in Boston’s South Shore
- Half-day Fridays during the summer
- Half day off prior to all federal holidays
