What You'll Do
- Coordinate recruiting and onboarding activities from application through employee start date
- Schedule interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Conduct reference checks, coordinate background screenings, and verify applicant credentials
- Prepare offer letters, onboarding materials, and new hire documentation
- Serve as a primary point of contact for new hires during onboarding and training
- Maintain accurate applicant and employee records while ensuring confidentiality and compliance
- Create employee badges, access credentials, and onboarding resources
- Assist with recruiting events, career fairs, open houses, and other talent acquisition initiatives
- Support reporting, documentation, and special HR projects
- Partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless hiring experience
- Experience in recruiting coordination, human resources, administration, customer service, or a related support role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Customer-service mindset with a passion for helping people
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to maintain confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR experience
- Experience supporting onboarding or employee orientation programs
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or HRIS platforms
- Experience with Dayforce or similar systems
- Experience in a nonprofit or mission-driven environment
- Play a key role in helping a mission-focused organization attract and retain talent

Salary : $35,000 - $40,000
