Network & Security Operations
- Review daily security and system monitoring reports using tools such as:
- Netwrix
- Firewall Analyzer
- Cisco Defender
- Manage Cisco Umbrella web content filtering
- Assist with security incident response and remediation
- Administer Microsoft 365 security and access controls
- Manage SharePoint permissions and security
- Provide ITM / ATM technical support
- Assist with organization‑wide IT and security projects
- Serve as escalation‑level Help Desk support
- Document system configurations, procedures, and best practices
- Assist with IT audits, examinations, and regulatory reviews
- Maintain security and compliance documentation and logs
- Support IT leadership with budget planning and operational needs
- Provide technical support across departments while maintaining confidentiality
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field preferred, or equivalent experience / certifications
- 3–5 years of experience in IT, systems, network, or security administration
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure, system security, and access controls
- Hands‑on experience with:
- Microsoft 365
- Active Directory
- SharePoint security
- Network and security monitoring tools
- Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience supporting audits and compliance initiatives
- Familiarity with Cisco security tools and content filtering
- Experience in regulated environments (financial services, healthcare, etc.)
- Relevant certifications (Network , Security , CCNA)
