Staff Accountant Position Summary

Staff Accountant Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable, including entering invoices and matching purchase orders
- Manage accounts receivable activities, payment applications, and collections
- Process weekly payroll through ADP for approximately 150 employees
- Assist with month-end close activities and financial reporting
- Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
- Maintain vendor records and process new vendor set-ups
- Generate routine accounting and operational reports
- Prepare and issue manual check payments as needed
- Support administrative and accounting projects across the organization
- Work closely with leadership to ensure accurate and timely financial information is maintained
- 3 years of accounting experience
- Strong Accounts Payable experience required
- Experience with Accounts Receivable, payroll, and month-end close
- Proficiency with accounting systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to assist wherever needed
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
