About The Role

Responsibilities
- Prepare and post journal entries.
- Maintain the general ledger and reconcile balance sheet accounts.
- Perform monthly bank and account reconciliations.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close.
- Prepare financial statements and supporting workpapers.
- Support year-end tax preparation and compliance activities.
- Research accounting and tax-related issues as needed.
- Assist with annual audits and external reporting requirements.
- Analyze financial data and recommend process improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Experience with general ledger accounting, account reconciliations, and month-end close.
- Knowledge of GAAP.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
