Key Responsibilities of the Staff Accountant
- Perform daily and monthly bank and cash reconciliations across multiple accounts as the Staff Accountant
- Complete balance sheet reconciliations and maintain accuracy across a multi‑entity general ledger as the Staff Accountant
- Manage approximately 10 accounts with roughly 300 monthly transactions while ensuring timely and clean reporting as the Staff Accountant
- Support GL accuracy through account maintenance, recurring journal entries, and documentation as the Staff Accountant
- Assist with accounting schedules, month‑end close tasks, and operational support projects as the Staff Accountant
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
- 1 year of hands‑on accounting experience, including reconciliations and general ledger work
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, SUMIFS); NetSuite experience is a plus
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
