Salary: $80,000 – $90,000
Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, forecasts, budgets, and operational performance reports.
- Support manufacturing finance functions including product costing, inventory analysis, variance reporting, and cost control initiatives.
- Partner with operations and leadership teams to evaluate production performance, identify efficiencies, and support strategic business decisions.
- Create financial models, reporting dashboards, and data-driven insights utilizing ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field required.
- 2–5 years of financial analysis experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong exposure to cost accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis required.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced onsite environment.
