As a Deltek System Analyst, you’ll serve as the subject matter expert for Deltek Vantagepoint, driving system optimization, reporting enhancements, and process automation. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on problem-solving, collaboration, and leveraging technology to improve business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Deltek Vantagepoint ERP system, ensuring data integrity and system reliability.
- Configure modules, workflows, and dashboards to meet evolving business needs.
- Develop and optimize reports for accounting, project management, and leadership teams.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and IT to streamline processes and improve user experience.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide end-user support and training.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, or related field.
- 4 years of experience with Deltek Vantagepoint (or similar ERP systems).
- Strong understanding of accounting workflows, configurations and project-based operations.
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills; SQL experience a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
