What You’ll Do

As a Senior Property Accountant, you will play a key role in managing the financial operations for a portfolio of properties. Your responsibilities will include:

• Full-cycle property accounting for assigned assets
• Handling tenant leases, billing, and reconciliations
• Performing CAM (Common Area Maintenance) reconciliations
• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Collaborating with property managers and leadership to ensure accuracy and compliance

• Prior property accounting experience (required)
• Strong knowledge of tenant leases and CAM reconciliations
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
