- Evaluate occupancy, rate trends, revenue mix, labor performance, and margins
- Analyze rent rolls, pricing strategies, and cost optimization opportunities
- Prepare materials for investment committee and board presentations
- Own recurring reporting and performance review processes
- Support acquisition underwriting, due diligence, and integration efforts
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
- 4–7 years of relevant experience (not seasoned; strong upward trajectory)
- Proficient in financial modeling
- Working experience with Power BI
- Comfortable presenting insights to senior stakeholders
- Willingness to travel up to 5 times per year within Florida
- Background in asset management, hospitality, investment management, or real estate finance is a strong advantage
