Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $110,000 – $130,000
- 15% annual bonus opportunity
- Equity participation
- Fully remote (must be able to work East Coast business hours)
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and monthly financial analysis
- Partner with executive leadership to provide insights that drive strategic business decisions
- Analyze financial and operational performance, identify trends, and deliver actionable recommendations
- Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and KPI reporting
- Support month-end and quarter-end financial review processes
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, sales, marketing, and accounting teams
- Assist with board, investor, and leadership reporting
- Contribute to process improvements and scalability initiatives as the company continues to grow
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required
- 5 years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience
- Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry experience required
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
- Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions, including financial modeling, due diligence, and integration planning
- MBA, CPA, or CFA designation a plus
