Key Responsibilities - Property Accountant

• Manage full-cycle accounting for multiple property portfolios, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports in compliance with GAAP.
• Reconcile property-level accounts and assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for property operations.
• Collaborate with property managers, external auditors, and other stakeholders to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
• Identify process improvements to streamline accounting operations and enhance reporting.
  
  

Qualifications- Property Accountant

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in property accounting, real estate, or related industries preferred.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and accounting software (Yardi experience a plus).
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
