- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company’s business model, operations, and key financial drivers
- Lead the annual budgeting process and manage ongoing forecasting and reforecasting cycles
- Deliver actionable insights and financial analysis to support strategic planning and executive decision-making
- Build, enhance, and communicate financial models, forecasts, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the CFO and senior leadership team
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing FP&A team (2–3 direct reports)
- Support the implementation and optimization of a new budgeting and forecasting system
- Utilize data visualization and BI tools to elevate reporting capabilities and business insights
- Drive continuous improvement across FP&A processes, systems, and reporting frameworks
- 10 years of progressive experience in Finance and/or Accounting
- Proven FP&A leadership experience, preferably within financial services or a related industry
- Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and inspire high-performing teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
