Responsibilities
- Part Time AP Specialist will process AP utilizing Bill.com
- Our client has a lot of new vendors, smaller payments; they do education throughout the country and a traveling exhibit which generates 10-15 new vendors/week and 70 payments/week; most are ACH payments through Bill.com which will be the responsibility of the Part Time AP Specialist
- Part Time AP Specialist will be coding invoices, entering them in the system (Bill.com) which syncs with Sage Intacct accounting system, helping to process the payment.
- Part Time AP Specialist will assist with ad hoc tasks and projects, as requested
- Previous full cycle AP experience
- Previous Bill.com experience required for Part Time AP Specialist role
- Part Time AP Specialist should have basic Excel skills
