Position Overview

The Director of FP&A will oversee financial planning, forecasting, and analysis across the organization, including two subsidiary entities. This role will provide strategic financial insights, guide decision-making, and partner with executive leadership to drive operational and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities of the Sr. Director of FP & A:

• Lead and mentor your direct reports
• Develop and manage financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term strategic planning initiatives
• Conduct detailed financial analysis to support executive decision-making
• Oversee cash flow management, capital planning, and performance reporting
• Collaborate with leadership to evaluate business opportunities and financial risks
  
  

Qualifications For The Sr. Director Of FP & A

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or corporate finance
• Proven leadership experience with a track record of developing and mentoring high-performing teams
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally and contribute to a collaborative, mission-driven culture
  
  

Salary Range: $170,000 to $200,000 Base Bonus
