Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts
- Reconcile multiple cash and bank accounts with accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare journal entries and maintain complete, accurate general ledger activity
- Analyze account activity to ensure financial integrity and resolve discrepancies
- Support month‑end close, reporting, audit preparation, and special projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- 5 years of accounting experience with strong general ledger exposure
- Solid understanding of GAAP
- Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting
- Experience with ERP systems; Oracle preferred
