What You'll Do
Responsibilities
As a Senior Accountant, you'll play an integral role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the organization's monthly close process. Key responsibilities include:
- Manage pharmacy-related accounting activities and financial transactions
- Prepare and review bank reconciliations, journal entries, and account reconciliations
- Reconcile payroll-related balance sheet accounts and assist with month-end close activities
- Support accounting functions including cash reconciliations, accounts receivable reconciliations, and in-kind contribution tracking
- Process employee expense reimbursements and support vendor setup and maintenance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and operational efficiency
- 5 years of progressive accounting experience, including month-end close responsibilities
- Strong experience with general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Experience working with NetSuite or a similar ERP system
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
